Job Description:
working as a senior landscape architect in Unitech limited , Gurgaon

Responsibilities
• Responsible for coordination with the foreign as well as the Indian landscape consultants for complete design development

• Checking working/ construction drawings of local landscape architects and getting them to deliver the drawings as per the schematic design given by the principal designer within the given time frame.

• Coordination with service consultants (Including Plumbing, Electrical and Structural) in the process of site development.

• Responsible for coordination with the site in charges / site staff and giving technical decisions at site for smoother execution of the project

• Checking the quality of work done at site

• Responsible for complete design development, construction drawings, technical decisions and site supervision of In-house projects

• Maintaining record of drawings as per ISO 9001 certification
