    – An injection of $1 billion into the Environment and Conservation Fund to enhance community participation in environment and conservation matters.

  • HK under fire for bright lights

    Many green groups have recently taken aim at lighting in the international city of Hong Kong. Friends of the Earth have called upon retailers to minimise the lighting and to turn off many of its lights during the (after 2am).
